What are some things i can do, add, or move in my room for good Feng shui?

Feng Shui has many aspects. It all depends what you are looking to accomplish. For example, Feng Shui can be about letting go of the old things that are blocking you which will allow you to bring in the new wonderful things to help you.
Feng Shui also looks at the eight directions in life (Eight Mansions Feng Shui) and places a Bagua (map of these directions) over your home and/or a specific space which guides you in placement of symbolism for each of the areas. For example, if you were looking to bring a wonderful new love interest into your life, you would need to know where the SW part of your home or bedroom is and you would put energies there to help to create romance in your life. You can do that to better a relationship as well.
Feng Shui also looks at the hidden energies and using a technique called "Flying Star Feng Shui" helps you to enhance or "cure" areas with colors, shapes, patterns, etc.

Make sure you have at least one red wall and make sure there are no mirrors that you can see your reflection in when you wake up because in Feng Shui it is believed that you could scare yourself to death if you see your reflection when you wake up.. That's all I know about it. And no sharp corners. That throws the flow of energy off balance.
